The Problem

The app allows Superintendants to communicate with contracts and subcontractors through the Tasks feature. This communication is mainly done through update a Tasks's notes area continuously. Raken would like to provide users a way to chat that also covers current functionality like uploading photos or documents. It was also a requirement that this could be a history that could be referred back to in case of discrepancies of a project.
